By accessing and using inthepresent.com, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. Any person(s) who purchase from or visit the inthepresent.com & shop.inthepresnt.com websites accepts and agrees to these conditions.

SHIPPING
in the present and its affiliates only assume responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier of choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. In the present and its affiliates will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier and that are the fault of anyone but in the present and its affiliates. In the present and its affiliates will not be held responsible or liable in any way for its choice of shipping carrier. That being said, we watch our shipments carefully and will do everything we can to ensure a smooth transition.

RETURNS FOR SHOP.INTHEPRESENT
At in the present!®, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason,  simply follow the instructions below.

in the present will accept merchandise returns  of unused product within 30 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt and in its original packaging. You must email us within 15 days of arrival at customerservice@inthepresent.com to receive an RA (return authorization) number. Once you receive that, you will ship back to us the merchandise in its original condition, in its original packaging via a traceable insured method. Once received we will notify you and pending inspection, a refund will be issued by the same method as payment minus shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

 

All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. We will not accept merchandise that has been damaged or used. Shipping fees involved in sending the original item and in making a return will not be refunded or reimbursed, unless the return is required as the result of our own error.

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise please keep all shipping packaging, and take a photo immediately of damaged product and its damaged packaging, and email us at customerservice@inthepresent.com, within 7 days of receipt. We will handle it with you immediately. We will not be responsible for claims made after this period.

We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases. Should you wish to return an item that was sent to you as a gift from our store, you may do so within 30 calendar days of receiving the order for a full refund back to the original purchaser or for a store credit. Proof of purchase is required.

Personalized items are not refundable. That includes personalized promotional product items. Any damaged items will be replaced as specified above and at the discretion of in the present.

Some products sold may have additional return policy info attached to the description.
