We take a photo of every blanket before it ships to document its condition. Please inspect your blanket upon opening. In the highly unlikely event that your blanket arrives damaged (rips, tears, stains) or defective (manufacturing errors, wrong size or color), contact us within 7 days atgifts@inthepresent.com with a photo and your order number. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and provide a replacement if appropriate.
