Pamela Grossman, Executive Producer
Executive Producer • Advocate • Speaker
Pamela Grossman is the Executive Producer — and driving force — behind ADA Law: The Training Video. She wrote, produced, and personally funded the project with one clear purpose: to educate, not to profit. Her goal was to help businesses and government offices understand ADA requirements for service animals through a resource that’s engaging, accurate, and accessible.
With nearly three decades of experience developing marketing programs and producing for television, radio, print, and digital media, Pamela has worked with major brands including Turner Broadcasting, Disney, and BellSouth. Known for her sharp creative instincts and production expertise, she built a career turning ideas into results.
When severe panic disorder shifted her path, Pamela turned challenge into mission. She founded In the Present, a boutique marketing and production studio serving clients worldwide, and later applied her professional skills and lived experience to create ADA Law: The Training Video — a first-of-its-kind educational tool featuring actor Joe Washington, stage actress Christy Baggett, Aimee Copeland, and several individuals with disabilities, including her first service dog, Milo.
Today, Pamela continues her advocacy work, helping organizations nationwide understand and implement ADA standards with confidence and respect. Known for her humor, honesty, and heart, she connects deeply with every audience she reaches.
A native New Yorker now based in metro Atlanta, Pamela lives with Stormi, her service dog-in-training.
